1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
Conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returned products that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at business.blash@gmail.com specifying your order number.
2. Return procedure
Steps to follow for a return:
- Contact our customer service at business.blash@gmail.com to report your return request.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on the return address.
- Pack the products carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
- Ship the package at your own expense to the address provided by our customer service.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error (defective product or order mistake).
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure receipt of your return.
4. Processing Times
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
- If the return is accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used during the order, within 10 business days.
5. Non-refundable Products
Some products are not eligible for return and refund:
- Opened or used products.
- Damaged or incomplete products.
6. Product Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another product, you will need to place a new order after your return has been refunded.
