Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

Conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returned products that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at business.blash@gmail.com specifying your order number.


2. Return procedure

Steps to follow for a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at business.blash@gmail.com to report your return request.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on the return address.
  3. Pack the products carefully to avoid any damage during transport.
  4. Ship the package at your own expense to the address provided by our customer service.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error (defective product or order mistake).
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure receipt of your return.

4. Processing Times

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
  • If the return is accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used during the order, within 10 business days.

5. Non-refundable Products

Some products are not eligible for return and refund:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Damaged or incomplete products.

6. Product Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another product, you will need to place a new order after your return has been refunded.
