2. Purpose of the GTC

These GTC govern the sales of products offered on the site https://b-lash.com (the "Site"). Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Products and Prices

Products available on the Site are accessories for eyelash extensions.
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery fees.
B.Lash reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
Prices are expressed including all taxes, without VAT recovery.

4. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively on the Site.
After order validation, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the customer.

5. Payment

Payments are made via the methods offered on the Site: credit card, Apple Pay, etc.
All transactions are secure.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
Delivery fees are indicated at the time of order.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the receipt of their order.

Return conditions:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Legal Warranty

Products sold on the Site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.
